*****: charging fees under system errors

Applying for PRP On 19/09/2025 the system errors and received the message that “payment was unsuccessful, try again”. I tried again and it went through, however, on 22/09/2025 the amount of the first unsuccessful payment was deducted from my account. I have sent several emails to *** and sent all the documents but I never received any reply. I assume that R1690 is gone and I will never get it back. This is a *****.
