Card Charge/Receipt to Someone Else's Name

I require my Approven Visa urgently so as to take the holiday I paid for.<br> <br> 1st Time App****, Submitted Correct documents all in order and sufficient.<br> I paid, had a very quick call with no clear indication why as I had asked for a Courier to deliver<br> my Passport and paid for it.<br> <br> It came back two days later where I was asked to drive out at my own expense to sign an undisclosed form<br> which resulted in it being disapproved.<br> <br> <br> 2nd time the following morning, today, 26 FEB 2016, I had spend another application amount,<br> Forms in order, losing time at work at someones mishandling, i was told they claim no responsibility for this.<br> <br> However checking my receipt now , I HAD PAID, for a holiday I worked hard for and deserve,<br> to Which the name and references numbers are NOT matching to mine, this is highly concerning in my opinion.<br> <br> As why I suspect the result of my disapproved VISA, is NOT my fault.<br> <br> <br> And request this be resolved URGENTLY, Please.<br> <br> I just want to take my holiday, as this is seriously starting to affect my health,<br> with NO sincerity yet on this matter.<br> <br> <br> As much a s it could happen to someone else,<br> I must expose it until it is resolve efficiently.<br> <br> <br> Please call me urgently.<br> Glen
