Cape Town Branch - Telephone Please Help

My wife app**** for Irish Visa in May and interview went fine, but we have had no repsonse from VFS Global other than an SMS in May saying "Visa Application Received in PTA". That was in May and we fly out tomorrow and there is nobody we can phone at VFS Global just to see whats going on. Please Help
