Can't make a booking, pathetic service, unreachable, time running out!

<p>Tried to make an online booking at https://www.vfsvisaonline.com/ using Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers - website fails on all three - I am unable to select a date when presented with the calendar. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then emailed the help desk and got a reply from Charlotte but she was unable to assist me. She rep**** with available dates late in the afternoon and we immediately rep**** with the timeslot we want to select. Got an email back from her 24 hours later saying that the dates are no longer available. Tried the process again and the same happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then we called the helpdesk and spent 2 hours trying to get through all the promts and eventually ended up at an agent. Asked for the manager who gave us another manager's email adress. We are a group of people coming from Mpumalanga and we cannot visit the consulate directly otherwise we would have done that as the next step. I wish there was another way of doing things. </p>
