can not track processed applications before august 2017

my wife collected her visa in july 2017 from vfs office in durban.

the passport control of other countries only check on vfs online tracking system and verify if the person has collected visa from vfs or not.

my wife is about to travel to overseas when i checked vfs tracking system it only shows (application details not found please enter valid sticker number).

according to people , vfs is unable to provide tracking for applications processed before august 2017.

please confirm as my wife need to travel overseas.
