Broken website

Im trying to apply for a visa, after finally being able to fill everything in on their atrocious website (with out options to go back delete mistakes or even a clear login option) i click on the schedule appointment button under the \print"tab and low and behold i get a : \""Login failed for VAF UserID\"" aka page not found.<br> <br> The previous time i was applying the website was down for over 3 days for \""maintenance\"""
