Blaming DHA

I app**** for a critical skill visa in March 2015. I paid VFS twice for the privilege - the second time was because I was missing a single document. They took my money, put the documents in an envelope and sent them to the DHA. I have now been waiting 4 MONTHS and still have not received any feedback other than the response that VFS \does not have any control over the processing times"and therefore are not responsible for the shocking turnaround time. I fail to see how any reasonable institution can take so long to process a straightforward application. I feel really angry and frustrated about how I am treated. It is a huge waste of my time and has continues to have a huge negative impact on my life as I cannot travel or make any other life plans while I wait.<br> <br> I would like to know that the fees I payed VFS did not just count towards the envelope and that they actually follow up submissions to the DHA instead of blaming them."""
