Beyond bureaucratic

There are serious flaws and inefficiencies in the conduct of the VFS South Africa-India Offices in Mumbai. It is simply unthinkable how this organisation services the communication and feedback requests of customers waiting for tourist visas with no clear end in site. The "officials" or "representatives" hide befind the guise of rules and regulations that are nonsensical in the minds of customers. The services provided by the High Commission were far better before this agency came in as an intermediary. I think this organisation needs to seriously think of their role in fulfilling customer expectations. Treat people as people, not like filth. It doesn't cost anything to be courteous and talk to people who yearn to travel and see their families living far away. My family and I are shattered at the services afforded by your organisation and the High Commissions or embassies you work with. Why are we forced to interact with you if you can't provide us the service we expect! This monopoly of visa processing is a strange business model indeed and at the expense of travellers!

Finally, after much anguish, my husband's visa has been issued. It is hoped that the service rendered is improved and that the comments shared by me and other alike are taken into account to improve overall satisfaction. Thank you to those responsible for assisting us in this regard.
