Bas Service from Visa Help Desk

I can not agree more with all the negative comments regarding this company. How a country like India, or any country for that matter, can entrust them with such an important service is beyond me. I have waited 13 days for my visa, which i was told would take 7 - 10days. From day 7 I have been following up on the progress and have spoken to and interacted with three different people, all who promised to provide feedback but never did. This has now cost me more to book the flights (if I ever get my passport and visa back) and I also stand a chance of having the hotel accommodation cancelled. It is also shocking to see that not one comment has received any replies. So I guess they really just don't care. To make matters worse someone who decided to join me late and app**** and had the interview on Monday, 21 October 2024 was informed that his visa was ready on Monday, 28 October 2024. Now please explain that to me...
