Badly Managed - No sense of time

VFS Global has proven to be totally on SA time. Appt :13h30. Arrive:13h00. Ushered into dungy looking area with plenty empty chairs. Lady shouts something or other + all you can understand is \Portugal"and \""Collections\"". Realised it wasnt my call. At 13h20 same lady shouts something or other \""Portugal\"". I understood the Portugal part so stood up + I asked if it was for applications. She confirmed. Go to security guard who did not know the difference between Netherlands/Greece/Portugal. I looked for the right name and showed him. He ticked it as confirmation + indicated the waiting area. Was then ushered into another room and told to sit in a specific area. Waited. Attended to past 14h30. Lady was on lunch-or over 1hour. <br> They need to make sure that they run on time"
