Bad Service VFS Global

VFS Global is pathetic. My husband and I app**** for our visas on the 22 May 2025. On the 27 May 2025 we received an email saying that it is been processed. We are due to leave on the 17th June 2025 to the Netherlands. We have had no further correspondence from them. Nobody is prepared to help. We are pensioners and cannot afford to loose all the money we paid for the visas and air tickets. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEN THE SERVICE ENDS. They tell you on the website that since April 2025 they have issues and there is a backlog but we as pensioners were not even informed at the Centre that we will not get our visa in time.
