Bad service at VFS Global

Very bad customer service, paid for a visa application a month ago money not reflecting , calling them no response or the automated answering machine will tell you that closed not working hours at 11 in the morning ,one day ended up getting them and they will telling you what browser are you using blah blah send proof of payment I did send 100 times no response , I called again 100 times sometimes they drop somitemesnthey answer but no help received sometimes you are told that the system is not working
