Bad bad bad service

Terrible I app**** for spousal visa renewal since May 2017 when checking online it keeps saying it has been received by DHA and that's it I called thousand times they keep telling me it's pending thy gonna escalate it blah! Blah! Blah! And thy don't even have communication with DHA thy dnt know wht to do after 2 years thy gave me a number to call and I keep calling that number for more than a year and finally March 2020 thy informed me tht thy permit was done since 2017 and its now expired by still no one know was is it and thy gonna tell me to go to the nearest local home affairs and see what thy can do for me.
