Awaiting response since Feb 2015 - 3 months gone

<p>Dear VFS Global South Africa,</p> <p> </p> <p>* I had filed for my Permanant residence in NOV 2015, Spouse category.</p> <p>* I was able to check the status of my application online until dec 2016 - " Application for ******** received by DHA on 11/11/2015"... Now it keeps saying invalid last name -</p> <p>* I have been sending emails to VFS helpline - the last email received in feb states - It has been forwarded to concerned dept will get back to you. It has been 3 months since . I had lost the receiplt of application in a hijacking ******ry and had also furnished a copy.</p> <p>* I kindly seek someones assistance in VFS to help to find the status of my application.</p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting response from VFS Global.. Email enquireries and telephonic calls by my wife has been in vain</p> <p> </p>
