Awaiting for refund for so long

Good day,<br> <br> I booked an appointment with VFS for Visa renewal on the 16th of November 2015.Upon arrival at the centre i was being told that i used the wrong form.Therefore,i was supposed to re book online and make another payment since they where going to refund me the first one within 30working days.I did as per the instruction.<br> <br> After 30days,i went back to VFS informing them that i have not received the funds.Unfortunately,i was told that there is a large back log and they did not know when they will be able to process my refund.Furthermore,i was told to leave the copy of the refund form.This made me having some question marks in my mind on why should i leave a copy since they got one.<br> <br> I then went back the second time and i was told to leave another copy and up until now,i have not yet received my refund.My biggest fear is if i go back again,i will be told the same story of leaving a copy.<br> <br> My question is,am i going to get this refund or i must just forget and pressume that i tie the money on the crocodile's tale.<br> <br> Thank you ***)<br> <br>
