AVOID VFS. They’ve become the problem they are meant to solve

Deeply hurt and disappointed by this whole ordeal. Because it has serious implications on my family. I’m a South African and my wife is from Eswatini. She app**** for an endor*****t on her spouse Visa so she can work this side. She studied and graduated and luckily got a job in this hectic country. Now these useless people from VFS firstly took our money for sms notification which never arrived. Secondly after 8+ months of checking calling. She application is rejected because apparently she filled in the wrong form. A form we were advised to fill by VFS employees. The hectic loss of income for my family. All these months. Now we are told to start the process from scratch. Over a form? A form which we were advised to fill by them? Disgusting. Wasted 8+ months and possibly more months if not a year will be wasted again. They just take our money and give us **** service
