I suggest that VFS Tasheel learn from Abdul Karriem Parker at their Cape Town branch what it take to put a smile back on a customer's face. Abdul not only phone when promise but also follow up with an e-mail. Ladies and gentlemen it is this small stuff that made the difference within anyone's daily life Keep it up Abdul and keep the people of South Africa smiling again
