APPOINTMENT ERROR "Login failed for VAF UserId"
I have been receiving the error "Login failed for VAF UserId" for quite a while now, since December 12th, 2023. I am trying to apply for a visa and I have made the payment already. I received a confirmation of the payment made.
I tried calling VFS center but there is no help at all. Basically all the staff ask me to refresh, reload….. very unhelpful, nothing works.
I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE with this matter as it has been ongoing for a while and my current visa will soon expire.
PLEASE attend to my issue as i CANNOT schedule an appointment!!!!!
