APPOINTMENT BUTTON KO AFTER PAYING

I’m trying to book an appointment to extend my visa, but I’m running into a big problem. Even though I’ve already paid, I keep getting an error message saying "Login failed for VAF user ID" whenever I try to access the appointment page. I’ve tried doing this about 20 times with no luck. ITS A NIGHTMARE
