Appointment and payment issues

💔 I tried to make a booking, but now I am stuck . The system says my reference is awaiting payment sometimes says awaiting confirmation, however i didn’t pay and it won’t allow me to pay , my son’s trip to Ireland is on the line, I need the appointment as soon as possible. What a difficult website to deal with 💔
