App**** for proof of permanent resident 8 months ago and still waiting!

<p>Dear Madam/Sir</p> <p>I have app**** to get proof of permanent residence document in November.Here is my ref number:PR***00864</p> <p> I need this document urgently because i can not apply ID document without this document.I have paid more than R1500 to get VIP treatment from VFS as they introduce themselves VIP lounge. I was expecting i ll get VIP treatment.</p> <p> Almost a 8 months still no feedback!</p> <p> Without ID document in South Africa I cant buy house which i need to buy for my family . ABSA Bank does not give me loan because of I HAVE NO ID DOCUMENT!What is the reason i have paid such a huge mount of money rather than get same document from Regular Home affairs office for FREE?</p> <p>VFS GLOBAL disappoints me alot!</p> <p>Please help me to sort this problem out.</p> <p>Many thanks in advance!</p> <p>Mustafa CINARCI</p>
