Application Refund

I app**** for a wrong visa category through VFS Global, paid the application fee of R1,775.00 and was told to reapply for the correct visa category and I paid R1,350. I made a refund application for wrong visa category app**** on the 16th of November 2015 and was told that refunds takes up to 30 calendar days to reflect in my account. The 30 days have already lapsed and I have not received my refund. I have several contacts with the VFS Global Contact Centre but with no success. I was given an e-mail [Email Removed] to send a follow up email which I did and have not received any respond.
