Application process
Does the Department of Home Affairs - South Africa, know that for one to be-be to download and verify his / her own online VAF application form, one has to pay the full VISA amount. This is not fair because if on the form there is an error, one has to go through a strenuous process of refund which takes at most 60 days. All am asking is at least one must able to download VAF form and verify these details before payment and before making a booking. Please, don't rob us money in broad daylight. Can this be changed, please?
