Application details not found 2 years later

its been more than 2 years now waiting for a response from VFS, now recently when i check the online tracking it says "application details not found.please retry with valid Sticker number." . i called the call center and they told me it will be sorted on the 13th its a system issue. i checked again on the 13th but still no luck, till today its still saying the same thing. i dont know whats going on.
