Appalling Service
Their online system keeps crashing after just 5 seconds, they deliberately reduced user application session to 5 seconds meaning I have to complete the entire form within 5 seconds, the minister of Home Affairs must know about this and terminate their contract immediately.This level of incompetency is beyond
