Another awful experience

Paid an additional R400+ for a courrier service and still waiting. Means taking time of work AGAIN to drive all the way to the CBD to collect myself. Why these people cant get at least a manned Whatsapp line so one can resolve this kind of things from home first, is beyond me!!!! My 4th experience with them and not a single one has been 100% smooth. The only good thing I can mention that the biometrics part itself has become a lot faster over the years. The rest is awful. the site is horrible to navigate, its nearly impossible to do anything after the fact (like upload documents) and clearly if you pay for the courrier after you went in, and not literally on the day, they just ignore it. R400 down the toilet.
