I booked a premium lounge appointment specifically to avoid long queues and ensure a scheduled time to be helped. What a joke. Two hours after my confirmed time slot, and I’m still sitting here—completely ignored.

This service is nothing but a cash grab wrapped in false promises. There is nothing “premium” about it. If you're considering booking this service to save time, think again. Expect to wait for hours, just like everyone else—only you’ll be paying extra for the privilege.
