After several frustrating days of trying to fill in their online PRP form, which would not be necessary if their site was stable, I then succeeded to make the online payment. Now I am struggling to schedule an appointment as the site has not proceeded to the make the schedule appointment tab active. It's been 5 days now. 3 days back I went to the Pretoria office where they told me to submit POP which they would forward to finance. This i did on yhe same day. Up till now I'm still not able to schedule an appointment. As an agency it's amazing how VFS has managed to be worse to deal with than DHA itself.
