Absolutesly pathetic
<p>Went to apply for a business visa. Almost impossible to get correct info on website or by phone. Dismissive staff. Arrive in time for my appointment and made to wait 30 minutes to be helped -that is 15 minutes after appointment ended. </p> <p>Extremely disappointed after the great treatment experienced at the old offices in Pretoria </p> <p> </p>
