9 MONTHS WITHOUT APPLICATION OUTCOME!!!

LIKE REALLY 9 Months without OUTCOME!!! I app**** for a TRC Study permit since May 2021, till now there is no outcome, the online tracking is still saying that the application has been received at the DHA Pretoria, VFS Said they will escalate my application to the DHA but still no luck. NOW I CAN'T APPLY FOR REGISTRATION AT SCOOL BECAUSE MY VISA IS STILL NOT OUT YET. Please if VFS can't help then what's the use of applying there, why not going back to the old way where we used to apply within DHA? VFS is full of nonsense like really, you are not assisting but peculating our monies, PLEASE I NEED MY OUTCOME ASAP
