9 months later still waiting for VFS Refund

Sometime in February I paid online for a particular category visa. Apparently I had app**** under the wrong category. I am still waiting for a refund from VFS which was initiated 21/03/2019. This is unacceptable considering I had to borrow money to pay for the correct category visa. I really think VFS Global is *********** and must be relieved of these duties. I really wish there were other options for us.
