7 months and counting wait for a refund

It has been 7 months of waiting for a refund, extremely poor response from CR_email. The system allowed me to book for a service which is not offered at the Pretoria office. I rebooked the service elsewhere and paid for the service again. I immediately processed all the required documents for a refund. There is no engagement from people who attend to the *** email address. I filled in a manual refund document engagement has stopped, I only get automated email messages. This is unacceptable.
