6 months and still waiting for permit

i have been waiting for the outcome fir my General work permit since January 2015, and want to know whether it will be granted. <br> This is actually Human rights abuse and I should get a decision as to whether I have had my permit renewed or not. <br> This really is hindering career growth and I wonder if this is actually the desired result if not providing us with our permit outcomes timely. <br> <br> This is actually institutionalized Xenophobia, you cant expect the commoners to treat foreigners with respect when VFS and DHA refuse to do so.
