5 years Appeal

I app**** for a renewal of permit for my son who was born here in South Africa in August 2015 and few weeks later i was told it has been declined because of a missing page. (which i know it was not true as we double checked all documents required with the vfs representative before submission ).

I did an appeal in November and till today there is nothing. The child was 2years when i app**** for a renewal now he is 6years. I have been to VFS Revonia thousand times and all they tell me is wait appeals takes time. I have spoken to different managers there with no help. Some they promise to do a follow up then get back to me but noone does. I have called and emailed several times with no help. I have visited Home Affairs in Joburg town and I was refered to Home Affairs Braamfontein and they promised to do a follow up.. Till today dololo. I even asked for a letter stating that they are still busy and they refused.

My permit even expired and i renewed it whilst his still says "Application has been received at DHA".

What pains most is i paid for VFS service fee twice and i am not getting any help.

He is not allowed to leave the country, schools can not except him for grade 1 because he doesn't have a permit.

I believe my son has every right to education. Please help
