5 MONTHS STILL NO PERMIT CANT TRAVEL

Good Day firstly I would like to commend VFS on the response time to hello peter complaints it is very fast . However nothing gets resolved . I have complained twice and both times an agent from Midrand has called me in under 24 hours the promise is the same . My permit that I app**** for in November 2014 is still not out it was escalated on the 12th of March by a consultant name Curran and he said I would probably have feedback in a week and still nothing another consultant named Tshepo contacted me told me to make sure I have my phone they would call in a week still nothing. I have been going every other Saturday to the center to check and still no permit. I had a 90 day stamp the last i traveled and the stamp expired in March . I have cancelled one trip for work and I have another coming up in a week and a half. I need a decision or response on my permit I am stranded . Please may VFS issue letters that will allow us to travel because i have been waiting 5 months and its affecting my work. In the wake of what has happened in the country I am scared because i only have the receipt to prove I am here legally.<br> PLEASE HELP ME.
