404 Error - glitchy website and no way to contact USA division
Attempting to upload scanned documents for my visa application and keep getting the 404 error instead of a confirmation page! Documents are not being saved and simply disappear. Doesn't matter which browser I use, etc., just a website error that doesn't direct me to a confirmation page or save my documents. And no way to contact VFS to let them know.
