4 YEARS WITH ZERO ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION ON PR! THE DHA/VFS WAIT IS FOREVER!

In 2019 I app**** for my PR but have still have NOT received it! 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 SILENCE! WOW VFS! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have sent countless emails to DHA but no PR! Why not tell us the WAIT TIME WILL BE ATLEAST 4 YEARS?!!!! It seems that documents are just dropped at DHA to collect dust! Every time I contact DHA, they will ask others to assist with ZERO response! You have failed at reasonable lawful administrative action! AFTER MY APPLICATION REACHED DHA, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN PROCESSING SINCE 2019! HOW LONG CAN AN APPLICATION TAKE? FOUR YEARS????!!!! WHY EVEN HAVE VFS/DHA TO PROCESS ANYTHING?!!!!!
