3 months permit not out need to travel

Good Day <br> I really need urgent assistance with my application. It was submitted on the 17th of November 2014 alongside my sister and a friend . They have since both recieved their permits and I have gone numerous times to check and have not recieved mine.I was told this process would take 6 - 8 weeks we are now three months and still not nothing. I need to travel out of the country for work when I travelled in December they stamped my passport that the my permit should be out by 12 March so my temp stamp expires then and the home affairs official said if its not out I would struggle coming back into the country.Therefore I cant travel after the 3 months they gave me expires.Please may I ask how this can be expedited its not fair to recieve a permit dated 20 December issue date in March like the one my sister recieved. I really need my permit. It is not fair as these where not free and we paid for them and now the delay affects out quality of life and work. We have noone to escalate recieve these issues too . People are receiving permits with old dates meaning they are stuck in the pipeline. They took 1000 submissions a day and yet only 150 pple get permits a day. VFS FIX THIS!!
