3 months now waiting for a visa decision

I have app**** for a UK visa at VFS Global Cape Town, and this was on 26 November 2024. I have not received any communication from them till today. UK Visa Immigration told me that a decision was made and I need to wait for an email instructing me to collect my visa. It's been more than 3 months now waiting for a response. This has caused me anxiety.
