2 years waiting from application outcome

<p>I submitted an application for permanent residence in April 2015. It's almost two years later and I still haven't received an outcome.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed VFS several times and contacted their call centre but it's all just a waste of time. They charge you R1350 for the pleasure of experiencing the appalling service that they provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently my case has been escalated but this really does mean nothing as I still have not received any feedback. I understand that VFS does not make the decisions but they took my application so they need to give me feedback on it. Surely with all the complaints relating to PRPs, VFS should be liaising with Home Affairs about how to improve the turnover of PRPs. Isn't VFS sick of all the complaints?</p> <p> </p> <p>My temporary residence permit is on the verge of expiring and I refuse to pay VFS another R1350. I'd rather fly back to the UK and apply there. That's how bad the situation is.</p>
