19 MONTHS awiting for visa !!!

I have app**** for my permanent residency thru VFS Global Johannesburg on the 5th of September 2014!!!<br> This application, according to their website takes 10 months !!!!! i'm 9 months OVER that period.<br> I have send a number of email to their support email and logged a complaint with them a year later.<br> I have received an email from Eldean Brooks, Operations Manager - Call Centre at VFS Global, asking me about my reference number so that the matter is escalated with Home Affairs, and after i provided him with the details, i have never received any feedback.<br> I have send three emails back to Eldean Brooks following up on my application but got no reply.<br> I have later received an email from Dikonelo Motsapi, Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance at VFS Global, asking me for contact details, although all my details are mentioned in my email signature sent to ***<br> I have however send them my contact details but still did not received any feedback.<br> My current temporary Visa expires on the 15th of May 2016<br>
