15mths later, still no outcome on permanent residency application

My husband and I and our 5year old Twins app**** for Permanent Residency in April 2016. My husbands was issued in January 2016 but the Twins and myself are still waiting for ours to be issued.

I dont understand why, when we all app**** at the same time, the outcome was not at the same time. Please can you help us resolve this.

I got a call a day after my post (8th Sep 2017) saying my query has been passed on but i have not heard anything after that. Please can someone contact me as my children are at school and have been told we now need to apply for student permits if perm res is not out by Dec and I have been offered a job with the condition that the perm res is issued. Please can you help.

Since my last post, my daughter's Perm Res was issued in Nov 2017. My application has been at the final stage since January 2018. I am also still waiting for my sons to be finalized. No one can explain why it is taking so long or why after we are made to apply as a family the decision is not made at the same time for the whole family. I lost the job that I had been offered. This is very frustrating because no one seems to know what is happening when you call and I call on a weekly basis and get told the same thing. My current visa is about to expire.
