11 months and still waiting for visa extension

<p>I am still waiting for the outcome of my application submitted on 07 July 2016. I have ********** (multiple occassions) & ********** (28 April 2017) who happen to be the team leads at VFS Rivonia, after being given the details by the call center agents (I had to persist after the long wait and the team leads would actually ask them to send through the details via email), with the promise of getting back to me. Guess what NOTHING. Guys a lot of money is paid for that service but we get **** in return. You promise to get back to us, but you NEVER (not even an email!), what kind of service is this??? Your website clearly states it takes 8-12 weeks... it's now 11 months. Can somone seriously look into resolving this issue as I am now a prisoner in SA; can't go beyond the border until the visa has been finalised seriously guys! I need closure on this case; WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION???</p>
