1 month later still nothing

I wrote a complaint here on the 16th of January regarding my zsp permit. A full moth later there is still no feedback. People who submitted 2 weeks after me are getting calls from VFS to come collect the outcome. My husband and I submitted our applications on the 1st of November before 9am but 3 moths later we have nothing. please can you sort this out ASAP. I need feedback. The VFS call center is useless regarding the outcome,
