Beware of Fenny Matau / VF Part Finders – *****ulent Behaviour and Misrepresentation

I would like to warn the public about my experience with Fenny Matau, who operates under the name VF Part Finders (located at 9 Carl Street, Pretoria West, Pretoria).

I initially engaged Fenny to source a conrod for my vehicle after receiving her contact through Majestic Motor Spares, where she previously worked. I paid her via internet transfer (R850) and even provided a sample part from my vehicle to ensure a correct match.

She later couriered the wrong part, which I returned along with the sample. Fenny then promised to find a suitable replacement but repeatedly failed to deliver, despite making multiple false commitments. She also sent several personal requests asking for money to “buy airtime” or to “travel to find the part,” which I found highly unprofessional.

After raising the matter with Majestic Motor Spares, management confirmed in writing that Fenny Matau has not been employed with them for over two years and that she acted *****ulently in her personal capacity.

This experience has cost me time, money, and trust. I urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Fenny Matau or VF Part Finders, as her actions appear to be ********* and aimed at taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I have all proof of payment and communication records to support my claim, and I am taking formal legal action to recover my funds.
