Vezi De Beer Atorneys a NO GO for Property Transfers!!!

We bought a house in August 2015 and signed all the paperwork which was approved and lodged with Vezi De Beer Attorneys for transfer. I settled their final bill in full beginning September 2015, Meanwhile I had to pay occupational rent to the previous owner and buy prepaid elec until Feb 2016 while Vezi De Beer handled the transfer which took over 6 months!!! After waiting 6 months all went through on the 2nd February 2016 and I was relieved, however 3months after the transfer I receive a bill for Levies from my Body Corporate for R5000, making me wonder what happened to the R5000 Pro rata levies I paid to Vezi De Beer last year September 9months ago!!! When I sell or purchase a new property I will make sure the banks never use these attorneys again and you should too and save yourself a lot of distress !!
