VEZI DE BEER ATTORNEY'S & VAN HEERDEN & KRUGEL ATTORNEY'S ARE NO GO PROPERTY TRANSFERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The transfer of the house has been pending since November 2019 ,We have been paying occupational rent for almost 7 months now which could have been 7 months off our bond???Stories about the clearance figures from the council with no feed back to us unless we did follow up with them, What compensation is there for bad service like this ? On going for the transfer of the property , does not seem suspicious and pathetic ? When I sell or Purchase a new property I will make sure the banks never use these attorneys again & you should too save yourself a lot of distress !!!!!!
