Complaint no.***-Elifas Mashifana-***<br> I had a purchaser for this property at the cost of R345 000,00 now Standard Bank Attorney which are Vezi De Beers Attorneys charging interest of R109 000,00 which they was not debited. plus some other interests which i don't understand were they come from.<br> According to my Estate agent it is not supposed to work like that because i wont get get not even a cent out the sale worst of all i will be owing them instead.<br> For further detail you are welcome to contact me on *** or my agent on ***.<br> <br> Your urgent intervention in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Good day,
Kindly note that Vezi & de Beer Incorporated are only attending to the legal bond cancellation of this mortgage bond.
We are not debiting interest or costs in any manner on the account, as this is done by the bondholder themselves. We can however confirm that any interest and/or costs debited to the account would have been in terms of the loan agreement entered into by yourself with the bondholder, as well as the mortgage bond registered over the property.
We furthermore confirm that the cancellation figures were received from the bondholder as calculated in terms of the loan agreement and mortgage bond. Any queries regarding the outstanding balance should be directed to the bondholder as we do not have access to the account.
We trust that the above explains the situation to you and sets out our position.
