Wrong advice security app

alarm went on very 5-10 minutes despite cancelling it via de Ajax app. Then we spoke on the phone to a technician who advised us completely wrong resulting that our whole system went off line, not very safe feeling. Next day the same technician arrived at our premises and claimed that it was our fault that we went off line. We seriously consider leaving this company. What a mess !!
