Vetus Schola slipping up??

Our alarm at the main gate went off this morning at 05:00. I called VS @ 05:12 and the lady in control centre told me that the guard is at the gate which he was not, so I called again at 05:15 and was once again told that the guard is at the gate, strange because I was looking at the gate and no guard! I called again at 05:17 actually having an argument with control centre Where they are telling me that the guard is at the gate and he cannot get access because there is a gate he cannot get into. Eventually control centre spells our street name to the guard and guess what! The guard is at the wrong address!!!! So I call back at 05:24 and as control centre answers the guard pulls up at the gate. So I open the gate and he does his round which is already too late in any case and it was not even a thorough check as we have a big yard and he checked it in record time ( about a minutes worth) where it normally takes a thorough check about 5 - 6 minutes. I would normally just go with it but it is not the first time this has happened and the guards are supposed to check the premises. We started opening the gate for the guards because they destroy ( we had to have the motor fixed more than once after they broke the gate motor ) the gate motor when they jump over After we have showed them numerous times where to jump over but what if there is a real emergency, what then!!!! VS tells you to give a remote to the guards but we were told by a guard NOT to ever give a remote to the guards.
